Arth joined the Steelers’ coaching staff in the offseason following a stint with the Los Angeles Chargers. Arth worked with young star signalcaller Justin Herbert from 2022-23, as the Bolts finished fifth in passing offense during that span.
From 2013-16, Arth guided John Carroll Football as head coach, steering JCU to an OAC Championship and a run to the NCAA Semifinals in 2016.
