Following several successful seasons in Los Angeles, Danny Markino ’18 is moving upward in the NFL world.

Markino has accepted and begun a new gig with the Chicago Bears. In his new role, Markino will serve as Manager of Football Communications.

Markino previously worked for the Los Angeles Chargers for four seasons following stints with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cleveland Browns. He’s been working in the NFL ever since graduating from John Carroll.

A 2018 JCU grad, Markino was the starting longsnapper for the Blue Streaks for several seasons, including on the legendary 2016 team. He has stayed involved with the football program, and now serves as a Board Member on the Gridiron Club.
