WELCOME
TO THE
JCU GRIDIRON CLUB
“Returning to John Carroll three years ago felt like coming home. Stepping back onto the field now, feels like a dream come true. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for the trust placed in me to lead this prestigious program. John Carroll University and Blue Streak football are rising – driven by our mission, our people, and our shared commitment to something greater than ourselves. The next step on our journey towards national excellence begins now.”

MISSION
The John Carroll University Gridiron Club is dedicated to upholding the mission of John Carroll University in 2026 and beyond. We are committed to partnering with the athletic administration, football staff, football parents and football alumni to provide a world class experience to all football players inspiring them to be individuals of intellect and character to learn, lead, and serve in the community and throughout the world.
VISION
To enhance the student athletes football experience by providing resources directly to the football program through connections, partnerships, fund-raising, and mentorships.
To enhance the football alumni experience the club will provide a “home base” where ex-players can re-connect with the program through a web site, social media, membership, and events.
To enhance communication between shareholders the gridiron club will host multi-media outlets that include Webpage access consisting of everything from calendars to job postings to event information to mentorship opportunities to assist in recruiting and whatever else this grows and develops into.
To enhance communication between shareholders the gridiron club will provide club updates with total transparency and timely communication which are non-negotiable by the board of directors. This will include discussion forums to hear and discuss ways to get better.
To enhance communication between shareholders the gridiron club will provide members with coaches updates that consist of weekly tip sheet for the upcoming opponent, yearly “state of the program”, monthly, recruiting updates.
To make this all happen the gridiron club will be the “tip of the spear” and provide a organized vehicle for fund raising that will provide football alumni, football parents and friends of the football program a place that they can trust where and how their donation is supporting the football program through total financial transparency according to the bylaws enforced by the Board of Directors.
